    On the scheduled day we will swing by and remove items from your home for FREE*. Please make sure the couch is easily accessible and if there are any narrow hallways or stairs, please mention it in the form.

Our free pickup service is for couches with minor wear and tear that are NOT patterned. Non-permanent stains and pet hair are acceptable and it is ok to have minor tears along seams and concealed areas (e.g. back of the couch).

Furniture that has peeling bonded leather, severe pet damage, broken frames, mechanics, large rips, permanent stains, incomplete sectionals, or smoke damage are not accepted at this time.

We do not accept :

  • Peeling faux or bonded leather
  • Severe pet damage (e.g. accidents, excessive hair, odors, etc.)
  • Broken frames
